Molly Christianson, Leadership & Communication Trainer & Coach & CEO of Empowered Coaching, LLC

After 17 years of working at Dakota King, Inc., South Dakota’s largest employer of teens and young adults, I took a HUGE leap of faith and made Professional Coaching my new career. I wanted to be more; give more. I wanted to be a difference maker and live my purpose which is to encourage, support, and coach youth and young adults to be the best version of themselves.

I am an overly-optimistic go-getter who focuses on the things I can control and leads with passion. I commit by saying “I WILL” rather than “I will try.” I believe we create our lives by our daily choices, conscious or not. I hold my clients in the space that they are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. With encouragement and accountability, my clients are empowered to shift from passive to active in creating the outcomes they desire.

Instead of wondering how you can benefit from a coaching relationship, TAKE A LEAP OF FAITH and find out! As a caring, service-oriented and focused individual, I would love nothing more than to provide guidance and encouragement as you become the BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF and create the life of your dreams.
